Job Duties:
Harvesting: Pick fruits such as [apples, berries, peaches, etc.] efficiently while ensuring minimal damage.
Planting and Maintenance: Assist in planting, pruning, and thinning trees or plants to maintain crop health.
Quality Control: Inspect fruits for ripeness, size, and quality before harvesting or packing.
Packing and Sorting: Sort and pack fruits into containers according to size and quality standards.
Irrigation and Fertilization: Help with watering and applying fertilizers or pest control as directed.
Farm Equipment: Operate and maintain farm tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
General Farm Tasks: Assist with cleaning, setting up equipment, and other general maintenance tasks.
