Job Description:
We are seeking hardworking and reliable General Workers to assist in various construction tasks at our job sites. The ideal candidate will support skilled tradespeople, ensure a clean and safe work environment, and help with basic construction activities. No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and follow instructions is essential.
Responsibilities:
Site Preparation & Maintenance:
Assist in setting up and preparing construction sites.
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
Clean and maintain work areas to ensure safety.
Supporting Skilled Workers:
Assist carpenters, masons, steel fixers, and other tradespeople.
Hold and move materials as directed by supervisors.
Operate simple tools and equipment under supervision.

Basic Construction Tasks:
Dig trenches, mix and pour concrete, and lay bricks.
Install temporary barriers, scaffolding, or other structures.
Help with demolition and removal of debris.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
Report hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors.
Assist in setting up warning signs and safety barriers.
General Duties:
Follow instructions from supervisors and site managers.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the construction team.
Salary: 1500 rt + Over Time
