Job Description:
A Registered Nurse is needed to take care of our patients and aid in their quick recovery. Educating them and their family about preventive and healthy habits will also fall within your purview.
A responsible, well-trained professional who can deliver the greatest nursing care with less oversight will be the ideal choice. You’ll have a calm disposition and be kind. Additionally, you will be able to faithfully and regularly adhere to safety and health regulations.
By delivering top-notch nursing care, the objective is to promote the health of the patient.
Responsibilities:
- In order to give patients the greatest care and advise, keep an eye on their condition and evaluate their needs.
- Observe, interpret, and inform doctors of the patient’s symptoms.
- To create tailored care plans for patients, work with doctors and nurses.
- Fill your patients’ charts by performing routine tasks (taking blood pressure, giving shots, etc.
- Accordance to the doctor’s directions, adjust and administer the patient’s medicine and administer any necessary treatments.
- Examine the facilities and take steps to maintain outstanding sanitation and security (decontaminating equipment, sanitising surfaces, preparing beds etc.)
- Immediately render medical assistance when necessary.
- Aid surgeons when performing surgeries.
- LPNs and nursing assistants should be supervised and trained.
- Create an atmosphere of comfort and compassion for patients and their families.
- Attend educational programmes, conferences, etc. to increase knowledge and talents.
Duty: 8 hour
Contract period is 2 years.
