In our kitchen, a qualified barbecue chef is needed to execute the recipes and instructions provided by our executive chef. In order to preserve and improve our clients’ pleasure, the chosen candidate will make use of their managerial and culinary abilities.
Bar BQ Maker job Responsibilities:
- Ensures that the work environment, which includes tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, pasta pots, sauté burners, convection ovens, flat-top ranges, and refrigerated equipment, is always clean and hygienic.
- Does preparation duties, including chopping and skewering meat and blending sauces, among other things.
- Before cooking, divide food into conventional serving portions in accordance with the recipe’s instructions.
- Portioning, battering, breading, seasoning, and/or marinating an object to prepare it for broiling, grilling, frying, sautéing, or other cooking processes.
- Ensures that line stations have enough food supplies on hand and keeps those levels up to ensure a smooth service time.
- Understands and consistently follows our set cooking techniques, quantity sizes, quality standards, and kitchen regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Attends all planned employee meetings and contributes improvement suggestions.
- When assigned by the kitchen manager or manager-on-duty, performs additional relevant tasks.

Bar BQ Maker job Requirements:
- Genuine enthusiasm for food, people, and the hospitality industry as a whole.
- An advantage is having prior char grill cooking experience.
- Experience in the kitchen for at least two years will be advantageous.
- Be able to spend a lot of time working while standing.
- Following guidelines and recipes.
- A thorough knowledge of and appreciation for all facets of cuisine and its service.
- Superior communication abilities.
- Impeccable standards for grooming, hygiene, and presentation.
- Being able to lift large objects.
