Technical Staff Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).
- Proven experience in technical support, systems maintenance, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking concepts.
