Responsibilities:
Scaffold Assembly: Erecting scaffolding systems according to project specifications, blueprints, and safety regulations.
Component Selection: Selecting appropriate scaffolding components, such as tubes, clamps, boards, and fittings, based on the project requirements.
Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations, codes, and standards during scaffold assembly, usage, and dismantling.
Inspection: Regularly inspecting scaffolding structures to identify any defects, damages, or weaknesses that could compromise safety.
Repairs and Maintenance: Performing necessary repairs or modifications to scaffolding structures to maintain their integrity and stability.
Dismantling: Safely dismantling scaffolding structures after the completion of projects, following the established procedures and guidelines.
Collaboration: Collaborating with other construction workers, including supervisors, contractors, and colleagues, to coordinate scaffold activities.

Requirements:

- Ability to interpret blueprints, project specifications, and technical drawings.
